See your new website before you pay anything

Pick one service and one town. We build that page of your new website from your current site and your jobs, and walk you through it on a short call. You see both halves of what you're buying: a page built to rank in your town, and built to turn the visit into a call.

  • Free
  • No card
  • No contract
  • Owe nothing if you don't love it

The same work that goes into a $3,500 website. We build one page of yours first, so you judge us on your own site, not on promises.

  1. 1

    Pick your service and town

Two short steps and about two minutes. No logins, no passwords.

  2. 2

We build your website's first page

From your current website and your jobs. No website yet? We message you a few questions first.

  3. 3

See it on a 30‑minute call

We walk you through it, section by section. Love it, and we build the rest. Don't, and you owe nothing.

What's in your preview

  • A real page of your new website, for one service in one town
  • Your outcome headline and first screen, written from your jobs
  • The local proof and answers that help it rank in that town
  • The call button and the form, ready to go live

Who it's for: remodelers whose jobs average $15K or more and who have room for more work. Smaller jobs or a full calendar? Book the call anyway, and we'll show you what pays back first.

03 · Your first screen

Visitors spend 57% of their viewing time on your first screen. We build it to win the job

Most of a visitor's attention goes to the first screen, before they scroll: about 57% of their viewing time (Nielsen Norman Group eye‑tracking, 2018). So we build that screen to answer four questions in seconds: is this the right remodeler, can I trust them, can I afford them, and how do I reach them. Here is the same website before and after we rebuild it.

TodayYour homepage now
AfterThe same site, rebuilt by us

What changes, point by point

  1. Today: A slogan any contractor could use

After the rebuild: The outcome, in your words. The room the homeowner pictures, in the headline.

Why it matters: A visitor decides in a few seconds whether they are in the right place. Their room and their result in the headline tells them yes.

  2. Today: A stock photo that rotates every few seconds

After the rebuild: Your best project, full width. Your real work behind the headline, not a stock kitchen.

Why it matters: Homeowners hire the remodeler whose work they can picture in their own home. Your finished project does that. A stock photo makes you look like everyone else.

  3. Today: No reviews, awards or guarantees anywhere

After the rebuild: Proof before they scroll. Your rating, your awards and your warranty.

Why it matters: 47% of consumers won't use a business with fewer than 20 reviews (BrightLocal, 2026), so your reviews belong where they look first.

  4. Today: No price, just "serving the area since 1998"

After the rebuild: A price signal. So the families who call can afford the work.

Why it matters: 68% of homeowners get other quotes when a price comes in higher than they expected (Housecall Pro, 2026). A "from" price sets the expectation before you drive out.

  5. Today: One ask, Contact Us, which opens another page

After the rebuild: A short form on the first screen. Five fields, and it starts your follow‑up.

Why it matters: Every extra page loses people. A form right there catches them while they are ready.

  6. Today: Eight menu links pulling attention from the call

After the rebuild: One tap to call. In the header, and in a bar that follows on phones.

Why it matters: Most homeowners find you on a phone. One tap starts the call.

Same visitors, more jobs. At 600 visits a month, moving from 1% to 2% of visitors asking for an estimate turns 6 requests into 12, with no extra ad spend (example numbers).

04 · Not a normal landing page

Every section has one job: turning visitors into paying clients

Most contractor pages are a template: a slogan, a gallery and a contact form. Ours are built in a set order, and every section either makes the homeowner want the result more, or makes saying yes feel safer, faster and easier.

  1. 1The first screen

Sells the result in five seconds: the outcome in the headline, how you get there, two kinds of proof, one main button, a reassurance line under it and a picture of the finished room. Visitors spend about 57% of their viewing time here. (Nielsen Norman Group eye‑tracking, 2018)

↑ Dream outcome↑ LikelihoodSee it in the demo

  2. 2Proof, straight after

Reviews in a wall, never a slider: about 1% of visitors click a homepage carousel. From Google, proof comes first. From Facebook ads, the problem comes first, then the proof. (Notre Dame, 2013)

↑ LikelihoodSee it in the demo

  3. 3What you build, with a price to start from

06 · The instant estimate

Fewer wasted estimates: homeowners get a number, you get their budget first

Try it: pick a project and a package, then press the button. On the left, the estimate as a homeowner sees it on your website. On the right, the request that reaches your phone.

Why we build it into your website

It brings you clients with real budgets

  • Built from your own packages. Homeowners see a real number for your main service before they book.
  • Their budget before you drive out. Every request arrives with the project, the package and the price they saw.
  • Fewer wasted estimates. Families whose budget doesn't fit find out before your drive, not after it.

Homeowners hire who they like and who stays in touch. Your website should do both.

A smart website, with BookedJob booked

  2. A reply in your words, in under a minuteWith your booking link, so she can pick a time.
  3. She books a walkthroughThursday at 10. Reminders go out before it.
  4. Follow‑up after your estimateUntil she says yes or no, then a review request when the job is done.

An example evening. In a study of freelance hiring, a one‑hour delay in replying cut the chance of being hired by 46%, and a full day by about 90% (Speed Is a Signal, Management Science, 2026). Replies that looked automated lost that edge, so yours are written with you, in your words.

Example: a remodeler's website on a laptop at 9:14 PM showing Thanks, Sarah after her estimate request, and on a phone the reply from the business a minute later with a booking link and the estimate visit booked
Example: the 9:14 PM inquiry on a smart website. The form thanks her, and a minute later your text books the visit.

How you get it

From month 2, keep it for $297 a month, month to month, or switch it off and the website stays yours. Or have it all run for you in the All‑in plan, with your ads, SEO and social posts.

09 · What you get

Everything a website needs to bring in jobs: built to rank, built to convert

Six things every website we build does for you. Pick one to see it.

Looks like the kitchens you build

Designed for your brand, not a theme with your logo dropped in, and written with you from your own jobs: your real photos, clean type and room to breathe.

What it means for you: Homeowners judge your work by your website before they ever meet you.

Turns more visits into calls

A call button and a short form on every page, one clear next step in every section, and your reviews next to every ask.

What it means for you: More of the visitors you already get pick up the phone.

Built to be found in your towns

Up to 5 service pages planned from real searches, with clean titles, headings, schema and plain answers to the questions homeowners ask, which is what Google, AI Overviews and ChatGPT read. With Found, your Google Business Profile gets the same categories and services as your website, and you get town pages too.

What it means for you: Each service page is built to show up when homeowners near you search for it.

Answers every inquiry in under a minute

Booked comes set up with your website, first month included: every form starts your follow‑up, with an instant reply in your words, your booking link and reminders.

What it means for you: You stop losing jobs to the remodeler who answered first.

See how Booked answers for you

Fast on any phone, even on a weak signal

Light pages that load fast on a weak signal, because most homeowners find you on a phone.

What it means for you: Nobody gives up waiting for your page to load.

Shows which ad or page brought each job

Every lead is tagged with where it came from: Google, your profile, an ad or an email. Every page also works as a landing page for Google Ads, Facebook or email.

What it means for you: You spend more where the jobs come from, and less where they don't.

10 · What goes into every page

Seven things on every page that turn a Google search into a phone call

A page that ranks and a page that sells are the same page when it's built from your market, your words and your jobs. Here is an example service page, part by part.

11 · Website pages that pre‑sell you

Website pages that pre‑sell the job, so you win more of the estimates you give

A gallery shows what you built. These pages show what it's like to hire you, the way a referral hears it from a friend, so homeowners arrive at your estimate already leaning your way.

Project stories, not just a gallery

A featured project told the way a referral would hear it: what the homeowner wanted, the problem, how you solved it, the result, and their review.

A cost calculator

Homeowners pick the size and finish and see a realistic range for your main service, so the ones who call already know you fit their budget.

Your process and timeline

When they'll hear back from you and how long each step takes, so a homeowner who's been left hanging by a contractor before can see you won't do the same.

12 · What one job is worth

The price: less than the profit on one bathroom remodel

A midrange bathroom remodel averages $26,138 (Cost vs Value 2025), and at the average 29.9% gross margin (NAHB, 2026) that's about $7,800 of profit, more than twice the website's full price. Agencies charge remodelers $12,000 to $26,000 for a custom website (their own prices are below). 15 · Who it's for

Who the Smart Website is for, and who it isn't

✓Built for you if

  • You have finished jobs you're proud of

Your real work is what sells. Good phone photos are enough, and we tell you which ones to take.

  • You want a site as good as your work

Homeowners about to spend tens of thousands of dollars judge you by your website before they call.

  • You can review each page within a few days

That's what keeps the build at about 4 weeks. Most of your time is one call in week one.

✕Probably not for you if

  • You need a site live this week

Better: A do‑it‑yourself template is faster. Ours takes about 4 weeks because every page is written from your jobs.

  • You want the cheapest template there is

Better: Plenty of companies sell those. We build fewer sites, each one around your work and your towns.

  • You can't take more work for a few months

How much does a remodeler website cost with you?

$3,500 one time, or $1,450 for the first 10 remodelers. Both come with Booked, the follow‑up system that makes your website smart, set up and its first month included. Or the All‑in plan: the website, your ads, Google profile, SEO, social posts and Booked, all run for you for $2,450 a month.

What's included?

A homepage, up to 5 service pages, a featured project story, a project cost calculator for your main service, about, contact, privacy and terms. A call button and a short form on every page, written in your words and approved by you page by page. In your first month we also build your SEO foundation: your Google Business Profile rebuilt, 40 listings and 50 foundational backlinks.

Why do some agencies charge $15,000 or more for a website?

Custom builds take time, and some agencies price them as one big project with months of meetings. We build page by page from a page plan, with a small team that only builds for remodelers, so the work is focused and the price is lower.

What if I don't have professional photos?

Good phone photos of finished jobs work, and we'll tell you which ones to take. Real photos of your work beat any stock image. We never use AI images of jobs you didn't do.

Will it be a template?

No. It's designed for your brand colors, your services, your towns and the remodelers you compete with, written from your real jobs and your words.

How many rounds of changes do I get?

You approve each page before we start the next, and you get two rounds of changes on the finished site before launch. Small fixes after launch are included for 30 days.

Do I own the website?

Yes. Your domain and your content are yours. Hosting is included for the first 12 months. After that, keep it with us on Keep It Live for $97 a month, or take a free copy of the files anywhere.

Will it be set up for Google and AI search?

Yes: titles, headings, page speed, schema, plain answers and a page plan from what homeowners in your towns search, so Google, AI Overviews and ChatGPT can read what you do. Ranking month after month takes ongoing work, which is what Found does: new pages every month, and your Google Business Profile rebuilt with the same categories and services as your website, so the two describe one business.

What is the free website preview?

You pick one service and one town, like kitchen remodeling in your town. We build that page of your new website from your current site and your jobs, and walk you through it on a 30‑minute call. If you love it, we build the rest as the website on its own or in the All‑in plan. If you don't, you owe nothing. It's for remodelers whose jobs average $15K or more and who have room for more work.

Can I see an example before I buy?

Yes, two ways. Scroll the demo on this page, on a desktop and on a phone, or open it full screen. Or ask for your free website preview above: one page of your own new website, built before you pay anything.

What's the catch with the free preview?

There isn't one hidden in the small print. We build one page because it's the fastest way to show you what we'd do for your business, and some of the remodelers who see it hire us to build the rest. No card, no contract, and if you don't love it, you owe nothing.

Is the preview call a sales pitch?

Partly, and we'll say so. Most of the call is your page: what's on it, why, and what it would do for your calls. At the end we tell you the price to build the rest. If it isn't a fit, we tell you that too.

Do I keep the preview page if I don't go ahead?

No. The preview is there to show you what we'd build for you, so we take it down if you decide not to go ahead. If you do, it becomes the first page of your new website.

What makes it "smart"?

Booked, our follow‑up system. Every form and missed call on your website gets a reply in your words in under a minute, with your booking link, reminders before the visit and follow‑up after your estimate. It comes set up with every Smart Website, your first month included, and runs every month in the All‑in plan. After that it's $297 a month, month to month, or switch it off and the website stays yours.

Can you just fix my current website?

Sometimes. If your site is fast and the platform is solid, Found can build new pages on it. If it's slow, dated or on a builder that fights you, a rebuild usually costs less than patching.
