The problem

If your details don't match, you're harder to verify.

Most remodelers buy links before their business is listed properly. The result: an old phone number on one directory, "Ste" on another, no listing at all on a third, and links pointing at a business search engines can't fully confirm.

01

Missing listings

Your competitors are on the directories and platforms you're not. Every gap is a place you can't be found or confirmed.

02

Conflicting details

Different names, addresses, phones or hours across the web make you look like several slightly different remodeling companies.

03

Thin authority

Without supporting links, even correct listings and good service pages struggle to outrank remodelers who have built them.

Why it matters for AI search

In BrightLocal's August 2026 study of 1.9 million AI citations for local businesses, Google Business Profile made up 28.5% of all citations and Yelp 8.53%, and about 93% of the cited domains were businesses' own websites. Matching data in the places AI reads comes first. (BrightLocal, Aug 2026)

How the stack works

One set of facts. Two stages of links. One report.

  1. Step 01

    Lock your Entity Fact Sheet

Exact business name, address or service area, phone, hours, categories, services and three approved descriptions. You confirm it before anything is built.

  2. Step 02

    Build Stage 1 entity assets

Citations, general and home improvement directories, brand profiles and contextual authority properties, each carrying the same facts and pointing at your domain.

  3. Step 03

    Support them with Stage 2

Manual supporting links, added a few each day, strengthen your Stage 1 assets instead of hitting your website directly.

  4. Step 04

    Get the full report

Every live link, do‑follow or nofollow, its target page and status in one sheet you can verify, plus support if your details change later.

Listed Right or the Entity Stack?

If your Google, Bing, Apple, Yelp, BBB, Houzz or Angi listings are wrong or missing, start with Listed Right, from $147: we claim and fix them by hand. The Entity Stack builds what goes around them: profiles, directories, articles and links that carry the same details and point at your site. Found plans include both.

Start smaller · 2026 backlinks

The 50 foundational backlinks every remodeler's website should have.

Before guest posts and niche outreach, your site needs a base layer: brand profiles and references on established platforms, each one built by hand with a real business description, proper context and a natural link back to you. Fifty of them cost less than one outreach link. Every platform we use has been tested on live client orders in 2026.

The detail that makes this stack different

Anyone can make a profile on a big website. What matters is what goes on it. In this order, every asset was built to tie the topic back to one brand.

15/15

The brand name in every article title

Each of the 15 contextual articles carried the client's brand name in its title, so every article connects the topic to the business, not just to a link.

  • [Brand] Explains How Cash Buyers Evaluate Vacant Property
  • How to Sell Unwanted Land for Cash | [Brand]
  • [Brand] Guide to Selling Rural and Inherited Land
  • For a remodeler[Your Company] on What a Basement Finish Costs in [Your Town]

Title pattern from the report, brand name hidden.

15

Different anchors across 15 articles

No anchor was repeated. Topic phrases, location phrases and natural phrases were mixed so the links read as written, not stuffed.

  • sell vacant land for cash
  • cash offer for vacant land
  • direct land buyer
  • selling unwanted land
  • Florida land buyer
  • selling inherited land
  • sell land without a realtor
  • cash buyer for vacant property
  • sell my land fast
  • sell my land for cash
  • sell my land fast Florida
  • this website
  • explore your options
  • request an offer
  • property information

The anchors from that order. For a remodeler: "kitchen remodeling in [Your Town]", "[Your Company]", "bathroom remodel near [Your Town]", "see our kitchen work".

15

Profiles with identical business details

Business name, address, phone, email and owner name were copied word for word onto every profile that had the fields. One business, described the same way everywhere.

15

EDU and resource profiles

Education and public‑sector resource profiles across many countries, each carrying the brand name. Adds authority diversity most packages at this price leave out.

45 domains. No repeats.

Most link packages at this price send generic profile links with no brand context and repeated anchors. Brand names in titles, matching business details, EDU profiles and varied anchors are built into every order we deliver.

The full report with all 120 records is available on request.

Two short guides

Questions we answer every day.

Guide 1 · Starting budget

You don't need expensive backlinks to start.

Guest post and outreach offers on link marketplaces often charge $140 to $300 for one or two links. On a starting budget, putting it all into one link rarely makes sense.

  • Our entry package includes 50 backlinks, built in 2026 on platforms we tested this year, for less than the price of one outreach link
  • Built by hand from sources that have indexed well for us before, with DA and PA reviewed
  • Content written around your real services, brand and business details, even on general sites
  • Not premium editorial placements, and we say so up front
  • When you grow, editorial and niche outreach become the next stage

Our goal: the most practical value from the budget you have today.

Guide 2 · Spam score

Spam score is not a Google metric.

It was created by Moz, a third‑party tool, from 27 signals that correlate with penalized sites. Moz itself says a high score doesn't mean a site is spammy.

  • Moz's signals include things small, honest sites often lack, like a link to LinkedIn or a Facebook pixel
  • Google says most sites will not need its disavow tool
  • Link algorithms isolate spam, so low‑quality links are mostly ignored, not punished
  • What matters is how links are built: by hand, in small daily batches, with natural anchors and real content

The realistic risk isn't a penalty. It's links that don't count. That's why we report every link and replace ones that drop within 30 days.

What you receive

A report you can check yourself.

  • Your Entity Fact Sheet, approved by you
  • Every live link with its URL, authority and do‑follow or nofollow status
  • Which page each link points to
  • Stage 2 links mapped to the Stage 1 assets they support
  • Support if your business details change later

What we don't do

  • No software blasts or automated spam
  • No fake reviews or invented business details
  • No guaranteed rankings or AI mentions
  • No private blog networks or hacked‑site placements

SEO is implementation, not a promise. Results usually take weeks to months and depend on your competition, your website and your Google Business Profile.

Remodeling trades we build for

Kitchens, baths, basements and the work around them.

Works for any remodeling trade.

The Entity Stack is a foundational strategy, not a template. Every remodeler needs the same base: one consistent identity across many sites, your brand tied to your services, and authority built in layers. Only the content changes, so it's written around your services, your towns and your customers.

Questions

Questions buyers ask

What is an Entity Authority Stack?

A structured set of citations, brand profiles, contextual authority assets and supporting links, all built around one consistent set of business facts, to strengthen your business entity, your local SEO and your visibility in AI search.

Why does consistent business information matter?

Matching name, address, phone, hours and descriptions help Google and AI systems confirm you are one real remodeling business. Conflicting details weaken that confirmation.

Is this the same as normal backlink building?

No. Normal packages send random links to a URL. This starts with your Fact Sheet, builds listings and profiles that carry it, and only then adds supporting links behind them.

Will this get my business mentioned by ChatGPT or Google AI?

Nobody can guarantee that. AI tools pull from sources like Google Business Profile, Yelp, directories and your own website. This work makes your details consistent and present in more of those places.

What are Stage 1 and Stage 2?

Stage 1 assets are the profiles, citations and authority properties built around your business. Stage 2 links support selected Stage 1 assets rather than pointing every link at your website.

How long until I see results?

Links are delivered over 5 to 14 days depending on the package. Ranking changes usually take weeks to months and depend on your competition and your website.

What do you need from me?

Your website, Google Business Profile link, exact business name, address or service area, phone, hours, main services and logo. We confirm the Fact Sheet with you before building.

How is this different from a Found plan?

This is one‑time work that sets up your foundation. A Found plan keeps building every month: new service and town pages, your Google profile, your listings and new links. Start a Found plan within 30 days and we take what you paid off your first payment.

Get Found packages

If you start a Found plan within 30 days, we take what you paid off your first payment.

Want all of it, done for you? Found includes 40 listings, 50 foundational backlinks, 15 high‑authority articles and 3 or 5 new SEO pages a month, with your Google profile managed. Or start with the Advanced Authority Stack at its launch price.
