Who we are

Booked Remodelers is a BookedHigh™ brand, run by Ali Kashif and team from Islamabad, Pakistan. We build websites, lead follow‑up and local SEO for US remodelers and general contractors. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Booked Remodelers. To reach us about your information, email hello@bookedremodelers.com.

What we collect

What you type into our forms. Depending on the form:

• Free website: your website or the main town you work in, your business name, first name, email and mobile number, your typical job size, how many inquiries you get a month, whether you could take on more work, what you'd like first, which work your website should lead with, and anything you add in the notes.
• Free Missed Jobs Test: your first name, business name, email, mobile number, main town, website, typical job size, what you'd like help with, who decides on marketing, whether our prices would work for you, and when you'd like to start.
• Free follow‑up audit: what's costing you the most jobs, how many estimates you send a month, your typical job size, who decides on marketing, whether our price would work for you, when you'd like to start, your first name, business name, email, mobile number and website.
• Orders: the plan, service or package you chose and any add‑ons, how you'd like to pay, your name, business name, email, mobile number, website, main town and notes.
• Free citation and backlink sheet: your first name, business name, email and website.
• The two text message boxes, if you tick them, whether you told us you use WhatsApp, and the date you sent the form.

Your calculator answers, only if you send them. The lead leak calculator runs in your browser and stores nothing. If you go on to one of our forms from your result, your answers (or your job value) go with that form so we don't ask twice.

The time you book. If you pick a time for a call on our calendar, the calendar receives your name and email (filled in from the form you just sent, so you don't type them twice), the time you chose, anything you add there, and the campaign tags of the link you came from.

How you found us. When a form is sent, it includes the page it was sent from and, if you arrived through a link that carried them, the campaign details in that link: tags such as utm_source and utm_campaign, an ad click ID from Google, Microsoft or Meta, and a campaign code. It also includes the first page you visited, the site that sent you and the date. We keep the campaign details in a small first‑party cookie called br_attr for up to 90 days, so a request still shows which ad or email it came from after you've looked around the site.

Basic technical details. With each form we record your country (worked out from your connection, we don't store your IP address) and your browser type. Cloudflare, which hosts the site, checks each form for spam with its Turnstile tool and keeps standard security logs. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits, which doesn't use cookies or track you across sites.

How we use it

• To reply to you, and to build what you asked for: your free website, your Missed Jobs Test, your sheet or your order.
• To decide how we can help. The job size, inquiry and capacity answers tell us whether a free website is the right first step for you. The fit questions (who decides, whether the price works, when) tell us whether a call is the right next step now, or whether something else would help you more first.
• To deliver and support the services you buy, and to send payment requests.
• To send text messages, only if you ticked a box to agree to them (see "Text messages" below).
• To learn which of our ads, emails and pages bring requests, so we spend on what works.
• To keep spam and abuse off our forms.

Who receives it

We don't sell your information. These services receive it so we can do the work above:

• WhatsApp (Meta), if you message us there, or if you tell us on a form that you use WhatsApp and we message you there about your request. The chat is handled under WhatsApp's own terms, and we use it only to talk about your request.
• Calendly, our booking calendar, when you pick a time for a call: your name, email, the time you book and the campaign tags of the link you came from.
• HighLevel (LeadConnector), our customer records and messaging system, where your request and any texts and emails with us are kept.
• Cloudflare, which hosts the site, filters spam and delivers the email alert that tells our team a request came in.
• Our payment provider (Payoneer), only when you place an order, to send you a payment request.
• If you came from one of our ads, we may tell that ad platform (Google, Microsoft or Meta) that a request came from its ad, using the click ID. We don't send them your form answers.

We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights in a dispute.

Text messages

We text you only if you agreed to it by ticking a box on one of our forms. The first box covers messages about your request, your order and any call you book. The second box covers offers and updates. You don't have to tick either one to get what you asked for. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to stop the messages, at any time.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt‑in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

How long we keep it

We keep your request and our messages while we're talking or working together, and afterwards for as long as we need them for our records, taxes and any dispute. Ask us to delete them and we will, unless we have to keep something by law. The br_attr cookie expires after 90 days, and you can clear it in your browser at any time.

Your choices

• Ask what we hold about you, or have it corrected or deleted: email hello@bookedremodelers.com.
• Stop text messages: reply STOP. Stop emails: use the unsubscribe link, or email us.
• Block or clear cookies in your browser. The site still works without them.

Where it's kept

The services above store information in the United States and other countries. Our team works from Pakistan and reaches it from there.

Children

This site is for businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top. If the change is significant and we have your email, we'll tell you.
