Google Business Profile · for contractors and remodelers
Google Business Profile management for contractors: win the calls going to the remodelers above you
When a homeowner searches for your work, Google shows three businesses on the map before any website. We rebuild your profile properly, then keep it current every month, with automated review requests after every job, so it never goes quiet.
- $257 setup, then $97 a month
- Reviews and replies included
- Month to month

01 · The setup
The remodeler above you on the map gets the call first. Here's what we fix.
Categories
The primary category that matches your best work, and only the secondary ones you really do.
Services and prices
Every service you offer, with price ranges where you want them shown.
Photos
Your real jobs, before and after, labeled so they make sense. Never stock, never AI.
The right page
The profile points to the service page that sells your best work, not just your homepage.
Questions and answers
The questions homeowners actually ask, answered in your words.
One change at a time
Big edits made one by one, spaced out and logged, because changing everything at once can trigger a suspension.
02 · Every month
A quiet profile loses the call. Every month, yours gets new reviews, answers and photos.
- 1 Job finishedYou mark it done in the app
- 2 Review requestedSame day, with your Google link
- 3 Every review answeredA reply drafted, low ratings flagged
- 4 Posts and photosNew work and services kept current
- 5 Edits watchedOther people's changes caught and fixed
Then the next job, and the next review
03 · Price
Less than the published setup prices we found
Published Google Business Profile services we found charge $399 to $899 for a one‑time setup, and $149 to $899 a month for management (ProfileBoost, GMB Crush, RankWorks), checked 18 Oct 2026.
04 · What we never do
What we never do to your profile
Never
- Keywords stuffed into your business name
- Fake reviews, paid reviews, or only asking the happy customers
- A fake address or a virtual office
- A promise of a map position or a number of reviews
Can you guarantee the top 3 on the map?
No, and nobody honest can. Google decides that from how relevant, how close and how well known you are. We work on everything you can control: the profile itself, the page it points to, and a steady flow of real reviews. What that looks like, step by step: how to rank higher on Google Maps.
Can you guarantee a number of reviews?
No. Google doesn't allow paying or rewarding customers for reviews, and a promised number pushes people toward exactly that. We promise to ask every customer you send us, the same day, with your Google link, and to reply to every review.
Will you change my business name to add keywords?
No. It can move rankings, and it's also against Google's rules and a common reason profiles get suspended. Your profile is the thing your phone rings from. We don't put it at risk.
I'm a service‑area business with no storefront. Can you still manage my profile?
That is most remodelers. We set the profile up to show your service area and hide your home address, the way Google asks.
Is this the same as Found?
It's the profile part only. Found adds new service and town pages, listings and links, with no setup fee. If you want calls from Google beyond the map, local SEO for remodelers (Found) is the bigger job. If the map is all you need right now, this is it. The whole picture, step by step: SEO for contractors, the guide.
Do I need a phone number with you?
For review requests by text, yes: we register a local number for your business with the carriers so the texts get delivered. Review requests by email work from day one.
