Who these terms are with

These terms are between you and BookedHigh™, the business that runs Booked Remodelers, operated by Ali Kashif from Islamabad, Pakistan ("we", "us"). They apply when you use this website, ask for something free, or order a plan, service or package. Questions: hello@bookedremodelers.com.

Free offers

Free website preview. We build one page of your new website, for one service in one town, from your current site and your jobs, and show it to you on a call. If you start the Smart Website or the All‑in plan, we build the rest. If you don't, you owe nothing.
Free follow‑up test, Missed Jobs Test and citation and backlink sheet. Free, with no obligation to buy. What you learn from them is yours to use.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and shown on this website. All‑in plan founding clients keep their founding price for 12 months (below). Everyone else gets 60 days' notice of any change to a plan or service they're on.
Nothing is charged on this website. You send an order, we confirm within 1 business day that it fits your business, and we email a payment request from our payment provider (Payoneer). You pay by US bank transfer or card. Work starts when it's paid.
If a cheaper plan fits you better, we tell you before you pay.

Plans: Booked and Found

Your first term. Booked: month one plus the one‑time setup fee, then month to month. Found: a 3‑month first term, billed monthly, then month to month.
After your first term, plans run month to month and are paid in advance. Cancel any time with 30 days' notice by email.
Included use. Each plan includes the texts and call minutes shown on its page. Use above that is billed at cost.
Add‑ons (Link Boost, after‑hours AI phone answering) are added to your monthly fee. Third‑party fees, such as a niche site's publishing fee, are charged at cost after you approve them.

The All‑in plan

What it is. Your website, your Google Ads and Local Services Ads (where Google offers them for your trade and area), your Google Business Profile, SEO (3 new pages and 5 blog posts a month, 40 listings and 50 foundational backlinks), 8 social posts a month and Booked, run by us for $2,450 a month, with no setup fee. The first 3 months are the first term, then month to month with 30 days' notice. Your ad spend is paid by you straight to Google and isn't part of our fee.
Founding price. The first 10 All‑in clients who start by January 31, 2027 pay $2,450 a month, locked for 12 months from their start, in exchange for letting us publish their before‑and‑after numbers. After that window the All‑in plan is $3,450 a month for new clients.
Live in 21 days. Your website, Google profile, ads and follow‑up go live within 21 days of the kickoff call, or your next month is free. Time waiting on carrier approval for text messages, on Google's screening for Local Services Ads, or on materials or access we've asked you for, isn't counted.
5 estimate appointments in 60 days. If fewer than 5 estimate appointments show up in your first 60 days, month 3 is free. This holds while your ads run at the daily budget we agree on your call, never less than $40 a day (towns where clicks cost more need more), and inquiries are answered through Booked. An appointment counts when the homeowner is in your service area, the project is $15K or more, and they show up. We count them together in your Booked app.
Yours. Your ad accounts, Google Business Profile and contacts are yours from day one. The website's files are yours once the first 3 months are paid.

The Smart Website

Booked included for the first month. We set up Booked with your website, and its first month is included in the website's price. From month 2, Booked is $297 a month if you keep it, month to month, with 30 days' notice. If you don't keep it, it switches off and your website stays yours.

Services: Google Ads and Google Business Profile Care

A one‑time setup fee, then month to month, paid in advance. Cancel any time with 30 days' notice.
Your Google Ads account is in your name, with your payment method. Ad spend is paid by you straight to Google and isn't part of our fee. If you leave, the account and its history stay with you.
For your Google Business Profile, you give us manager access. We never ask for your password, and the profile stays yours.

One‑time packages

One payment. Each package's page shows what's included and how long delivery takes, counted from when you approve the details we build around.
When it's done you get a report that lists everything we built. Links from our link packages that drop within 30 days are replaced.
Start a Found plan within 30 days of buying one and what you paid comes off your first payment.
Outside sites' own fees (for example a publishing fee on a niche link) are paid only after you approve them.

Our guarantees

A first reply in under 60 seconds. A reply by text or email to new inquiries. If we miss it on more than 5% of your new inquiries in a month, that month is free.
Booked live in 14 days. Estimate follow‑up, review requests, instant replies and missed‑call text‑back switched on, connected to your website and your phone, and your old list loaded for its first campaign, or your next month is free.
Found's first 90 days. The day‑90 list on the Found page delivered on time, or your next month is free.

Texting starts when the phone carriers approve your number. We file it on day 1, and until it's approved, forms get an email reply. The day‑14 and day‑90 dates move by the days we're waiting on something only you can give us, such as an approval, an access invite or a fact for your Fact Sheet. Guarantees are paid as free months, not cash.

What we never promise

Nobody controls Google, ChatGPT or any other platform. We don't promise rankings, a number of leads or calls, or a mention in an AI tool, and nothing on this website is a promise of one, except the All‑in plan's written guarantee above: at least 5 estimate appointments that show up in your first 60 days, or month 3 is free. That is a free month, not a promise of signed jobs. We promise the work, the dates and the reply times on this website.

Refunds

Our guarantees pay out as free months. Months already paid aren't refunded once work has started.

What we need from you

True, current details about your business: your name, address or service area, phone, hours, services and licences.
Approvals and access within a reasonable time, and for texting, the details the carriers ask for (such as your EIN and legal business name).
Permission to contact the people on any list you give us. You confirm that the past customers and contacts you share agreed to hear from your business. We honour every STOP and unsubscribe.
Real photos and claims only. We don't publish fake reviews, invented projects or claims you can't back up.

What's yours

Your domain, your content, your photos and your contact list are yours. Always.
If you leave, you get a free copy of your website's files, text and photos to take anywhere. Or keep your website, missed‑call text‑back and review link running on Keep It Live for $97 a month.
The software we run your follow‑up on, and our own templates, tools and methods, stay ours or our providers'.

Text messages

Booked Remodelers sends text messages to people who agree to them on our forms. If you tick the first box, we text you about your request, your order and any call you book. If you tick the second box, we also text you offers and updates about our services. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of buying anything.

Message frequency varies.
Message and data rates may apply.
Reply HELP for help, or email hello@bookedremodelers.com.
Reply STOP to stop receiving messages at any time. We'll confirm once, and then stop.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our privacy policy.

The texts we send for your business, on a plan, go out in your business name, under your own registration.

Other services we rely on

The work runs on outside services: phone carriers, our messaging software, Google and the sites we build listings and links on. We're not responsible for their outages, their policy changes or their decisions, such as a carrier declining a registration or a site removing a listing, but we'll tell you and work around them where we can.

Limits on liability

As far as the law allows, we're not liable for lost profits, lost jobs or other indirect losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before it.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Islamabad deal with any dispute we can't settle by talking. If a law where you are gives you rights that can't be taken away, those still apply.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes that affect a plan or service you're already on take effect after 60 days' notice.
