01 · Strategy before tactics

Why your marketing brings in the wrong leads

Most agencies pitch everything at once: a new website, ads, SEO, social media. They never ask who your best clients are, what makes you different, or what happens to a lead after it arrives. So you pay for six things that are all average.

02 · What you walk away with

Four tests on your business, then your fix‑first plan

Even if you never hire us, you'll know more about your market and your follow‑up than you did before.

  • 1

    The After‑Hours Test

We call at 7 PM and fill in your website form, like a homeowner would. You see the timeline: rang, voicemail, first reply after how long.

  • 2

    The Map Test

Where you show on Google for your top 3 services in your 3 best towns, and the remodelers who show above you, by name.

  • 3

    The 10‑Second Website Test

Your website on a phone, through a homeowner's eyes: what makes them call, and what makes them leave.

  • 4

    Your Missed Jobs Number

What missed calls and quiet estimates cost you a year, worked out from your job size and your numbers.

A good fit if

  • Your jobs are worth $15,000 or more
  • You have room for more work in the next 3 months
  • You can give us one 30‑minute call
  • You want better‑fit clients, not more tire‑kickers

Not a fit if

  • You want a cheap template and nothing else
  • You're booked a year out and turning work away
  • You want guaranteed rankings or leads (nobody can honestly promise those)
Stop losing jobs

Free. We run the tests before your call, and the results are yours to keep.

03 · Why we do it for free

We'd rather find out first than sell you the wrong thing

For you

A clear picture, whatever you decide

Your ideal client, what makes you different, where you're losing jobs and what to fix first, written down. Plenty of owners take the plan and do the first fixes themselves.

For us

No bad‑fit clients

A week of research tells us whether we can actually help. If we can, the plan is already the foundation of the work. If we can't, we say so, and nobody has signed anything.

04 · A contractor marketing strategy, in order

The five steps we follow, and you can too

This is the order every fix‑first plan follows. The order matters more than any single tactic. Each channel, explained: digital marketing for contractors.

  1. 1

    Know your numbers

Your average job, your gross margin, how many estimates you send and how many you win. Without them, every marketing decision is a guess, and nobody can tell you what a lead is worth to you.

  2. 2

    Plug the leaks first

Estimates nobody follows up, calls that wait until tonight, past clients nobody asks and happy customers who never leave a review. Each is a job you already paid to get.

  3. 3

    Fix your storefront

Your Google Business Profile and your website are where homeowners decide whether to call. If they look older than your work, more traffic only means more people leaving.

  4. 4

    Then turn up the demand

SEO for the services and towns you want, and ads when you need calls this month. Only once the leaks are fixed, so every new lead is worked properly.

  5. 5

    Measure jobs, not traffic

Calls, booked estimates and signed jobs, traced to where they came from. Traffic and rankings only matter if they turn into those.

Questions

Questions about the Missed Jobs Test

Stop losing jobs

Is it really free?

Yes. No card, and no obligation to buy anything. We run the tests before your call, so all we ask is the 30 minutes.

Is this a sales call in disguise?

Partly, and we'd rather say so. Most of the time goes into your plan, which you keep whether you hire us or not. At the end we tell you which of our services fits, what it costs, or that none of them does.

What do I need to prepare?

Nothing. We run the tests. On the call we ask about your job size and how many estimates you send. Rough numbers are enough, and we keep them confidential.

How long does it take?

We run the 4 tests within 3 business days of your request. Then one 30‑minute call with your results and your fix‑first plan.

I already work with an agency. Can I still do this?

Yes. Bring their last report. We'll compare it with what your tests show. If they're doing the work, we'll tell you to stay.

Do you work with general contractors and home builders, or only remodelers?

Remodelers, design‑build firms, general contractors and custom home builders: businesses that sell big projects after a site visit and an estimate. If your work is small repair jobs, we are probably not the right fit.
