01 · Why estimates go quiet
A quiet estimate isn't a no. It's a job going to whoever is still in touch on day 10.
An estimate costs you a drive, an hour or two on site and an evening of pricing. Then the homeowner compares quotes, gets busy, and the job goes to whoever is still in touch on day ten. Many homeowners have been ghosted by a contractor before, so the one who keeps in touch looks like the safe pick.
| Day | Without us | With Booked |
|---|---|---|
| Day 0 | Estimate sent | A thank‑you, same day |
| Day 2 | Nothing | A quick check‑in |
| Day 10 | Still nothing | The honest question |
| Day 21 | Went to someone else | A yes or a no |
| Day 30 | Already gone | A review request |
| Result | Lost on day 21 | Signed |

02 · Watch it work
“We’ll let you know” isn’t a no. Watch the follow‑up that gets you an answer.
You win the liking part at the walkthrough. Booked does the staying in touch: every estimate followed up in your words, until they say yes or no. 40 seconds, sound on.
Every person, business and number in the video is an example.
03 · What Google rewards
Google’s local ads rank the remodelers who answer. Booked texts back every missed call in a minute.
People use Google because it shows them what they’re looking for. When Google sells you a call, it wants that homeowner helped. So on Local Services Ads it ranks you partly on how responsive you are and how fast you reply. Keep missing calls and you can slide down the list, where fewer calls come.
Word for word, from Google’s own help page
“Missed calls may negatively affect your responsiveness.”
Responsiveness and your average response time are both on Google’s list of what your Local Services Ads rank on.
Google Local Services Help, About ad rankings
A contractor marketer says it plainly
“If you’re constantly missing phone calls, Google’s going to stop sending you those calls.”
Google’s own ranking page backs him.

Your responsiveness to customer inquiries and requests
Google’s note on this one is the line above.
A missed call still gets an answer
When you can’t pick up, the homeowner gets a text from your business in under a minute, so she has a reason to wait for you instead of calling the next ad. A text can’t turn a missed call into an answered one, so pick up when you can. It keeps the job you already paid for.

Every reply goes out in under 60 seconds
Every website form and missed call gets a first reply in your words in under 60 seconds, day or night, or that month is free. Fast becomes a habit you don’t have to remember.

More ways to reach you, at night and on weekends
“Especially during nights and weekends when you can’t answer the phone”, it says of message and booking leads.
Nights and weekends get an answer too
When we run your Local Services Ads, message leads are on. After hours, the AI receptionist (an add‑on) answers instead of voicemail and books the estimate, and every reply carries your booking link.

Also part of your profile’s quality.
Every finished job asked for a review
The day you finish a job, the homeowner gets your Google review link by text and email, with a reminder if they forget, and every review gets a reply drafted for you.
Review requests
Your Google Business Profile ranks on reviews too. Google’s local ranking page says “More reviews and positive ratings can help your business’s local ranking.” Booked asks every finished job for one. And a homeowner who can’t reach you from your profile simply calls the next one on the map.
A missed call costs you twice. Google charges for a call you miss during your business hours when the caller stays on the line for more than 20 seconds, and a call that goes to voicemail is charged too. Then it may count against where your ad ranks.
You can’t pick up every call from a job site. Booked answers for you: a text back in under a minute when you miss a call, a first reply to every website form in under 60 seconds, and a review request after every finished job. That’s the list Google ranks your ad on.
From Google’s Local Services Help pages About ad rankings and How leads work, and its Business Profile Help page Tips to improve your local ranking on Google, read 29 Oct 2026. Google doesn’t say how much each one weighs.

Hi. If you're looking for a great company to do your SEO work on Fiverr, the best team, the best company on Fiverr is [our team]. [Our team] and Ali Kashif, they've done a great job on my websites. I've probably purchased about 13 gigs from them, and just five stars all around. I have a primary website, a photography website, that they've helped rank. I had it on the fifth page when I first ordered from them, and now it's ranking on the first page with, I mean, like thousands of keywords. And I have multiple websites that they've done for me. Hands down the best SEO experts on Fiverr. Give them a try. I guarantee you will not regret it. Thank you.

Hello. I have been working with [our team] for more than two to three years now, and at any one time I am running multiple subscriptions with [our team], because I trust in the quality of their work. [Our team] and Ali always follow up with their research of keywords, and my businesses are on very high competition keywords, which they have managed to put from nowhere onto the first page. So I really appreciate their good work. They also do not push unnecessary services to you. All in all, I just find them professional, very honest, and what they promise, they deliver to you. So if you are looking for someone to do backlinks for you, I highly recommend [our team], Ali and the rest of the team to you.

I've worked with Ali and his team for over 18 months now, and the results speak for themselves. My main sites have been sitting at a DA over 54 for more than a year, and the site grew from about 2,000 monthly visitors to over 16,000, and still climbing. It didn't happen overnight, but it works. They're reliable, they deliver without me having to chase them, and they quite often go above and beyond. I've renewed every six months and I plan to keep doing so. It's easily one of the best SEO investments I've made.

Won't following up on estimates feel pushy?
Not the way we write it. Four short check‑ins in your words, each one useful (did the estimate arrive, a similar job you finished, an honest "should I hold a spot?"), and the moment they reply, it stops. Homeowners notice who follows up, and most contractors don't.
Do I need Booked if I answer my own phone?
Maybe not for the calls. But who follows up the estimate you sent last Tuesday, and who asks last month's customers for a review? If you already do all of it, the calculator will tell you you're fine.
I run Google Local Services Ads. Why would I need Booked?
Because Google ranks those ads partly on how responsive you are and how fast you reply, and its own help page says "Missed calls may negatively affect your responsiveness." Booked texts back every call you miss in under a minute, sends a first reply to every website form in under 60 seconds, and asks every finished job for a review, which Google also counts. See what Google's page lists.
How does Booked know I sent an estimate?
You tap "Estimate sent" on the lead in the Booked app. Booked doesn't read your estimating software, so one tap starts the follow‑up and nothing goes out by mistake. After every estimate visit on your Booked calendar, you also get a reminder to send the estimate and tap it, so none slips through. You can pause it on any lead.
Does it work with my job software?
It runs next to it. Jobber, ServiceTitan, Buildertrend or a spreadsheet keeps running the job, and Booked handles the follow‑up around it: the first reply, the estimate check‑ins, the review request and the old‑lead campaigns.
I have an office manager. Do I still need this?
Your office answers 9 to 5. Booked covers the evenings, weekends and busy moments when nobody can pick up, follows up every estimate your team sends, and gives your office one inbox for every call, text, form and review. Your office manager stays in charge and can take over any conversation.
I already pay for Jobber. Why would I need Booked?
Jobber's top plan bundles a sales pipeline and marketing tools, and its quotes can follow up on their own. That's software you run yourself. Booked is the done‑for‑you version for remodelers: we write every message in your words, set it up, check it every month and report the estimates it books. If you'll run Jobber's tools yourself every night, keep them. If not, that's the job we take off you. Thinking of leaving Jobber instead? Read Jobber alternatives, and when to keep Jobber.
Do I need a new website?
No. Booked connects to the website and the phone number you have now. If your site is losing you jobs, the Smart Website is one time, and every form on it starts your follow‑up.
Why is there a setup fee?
Setup is real work: your workflows, your replies written with you, your texting registration, your number, your forms and your old list cleaned and loaded. It's $477, once, and it's included when we build your Smart Website. The All‑in plan has no setup fee at all.
How do you keep the texts within the rules?
It's part of setup. Your business is registered with the carriers before any text goes out. Texts go only to people who agreed to them, the first text says how to stop, and a STOP reply ends texts for good. Replies to someone who just contacted you go out right away. Marketing texts, like seasonal offers, go out only in daytime hours in the homeowner's time zone. Some states, Texas and Florida among them, have stricter rules for marketing texts, so for clients there we keep marketing to email unless the rules allow texts.
What's the voicemail drop?
You record 20 seconds once: who you are and that you'll call back today. If a homeowner doesn't reply to the first text, it lands in their voicemail. 86% of calls from unknown numbers go unanswered (Hiya, 2026), so a voicemail in your voice tells them who called.
Can I add SEO later?
Yes. Found brings leads you own (owned versus rented leads). It's SEO on its own, from $885 a month. Together with Booked it's $1,182 a month. Want it all run for you? The All‑in plan runs your website, ads, SEO, social posts and Booked for $2,450 a month.
